TRUO.co suite
More than a mailbox: your company's full suite
Every Business Email mailbox signs in to TRUO.co, the Truo family's work suite. Ten applications on the same account, nothing to install and nothing billed separately. What you see below are real recordings of the suite.
Mail — Email on your domain, with aliases, rules and forwarding.
Your data is neither sold nor used to train models. Our own infrastructure, not a layer on top of another provider's email.
Discover the suite at truo.coThe address is the first thing your customer reads
Before the subject line, before the content, whoever receives your email sees where it came from. A free account tells a different story than your own domain.
Free account
yourcompany2019@gmail.com
It looks like an individual. And if the person who opened it leaves the company, the account, the contacts and every quote they sent leave with them.
With Truobox
sales@yourcompany.com
The company writes, not a person. The mailbox stays with you, history included, and you reassign it whenever you need.
- No ads in the inbox
- Up to 2 TB per mailbox
- Aliases and forwarding with no commercial cap
Deliverability
What Gmail checks before accepting your email
When you write from your domain, the receiving server doesn't read the content first: it queries the DNS. All three answers are published the moment the service is activated, with nothing for you to touch.
-
v=spf1 mx ~allIs this server allowed to send on behalf of yourcompany.com?
SPF. The list of servers authorised to send for your domain.
-
default._domainkeyDid the message arrive exactly as it left?
DKIM. Every message is signed with two keys, RSA and Ed25519; if anyone alters it along the way, the signature no longer matches.
-
_dmarc p=quarantineWhat to do with whatever doesn't add up?
DMARC. Your policy, published: anything not signed by you goes to quarantine instead of your customer's inbox.
If the domain is at Truobox, the records are published on their own. If it's at another registrar, we hand you the exact values to copy.
In the other direction: mail from senders on public blocklists is rejected before it touches your inbox, and every hop is encrypted with TLS.
Migration
Bring your email over with our team
We migrate email, folders, contacts and calendars from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cPanel or any IMAP server, agreeing the window with you so the cutover is as short as possible.
- 1
You order the plan
Pick the plan and how many mailboxes you need, and we activate the email service the same day.
- 2
We migrate your accounts
We copy messages, folders, contacts and calendars from your current provider while the old email keeps working.
- 3
We switch the DNS
We apply MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC and verify deliverability. Your team keeps working with no interruptions.

What business email is
It's email on your company's domain —name@yourcompany.com— hosted on a server someone else maintains. You create and remove mailboxes; we look after the server, the sending reputation and the backups.
At Truobox it's sold per mailbox, starting from one, and every mailbox comes with the full TRUO.co suite: email, calendar, contacts, files and meetings under a single login. The only thing that changes between plans is the storage.
- Doesn't email already come with the hosting?
- Yes. cPanel creates email accounts, and for a site with two mailboxes and little volume that's enough. The difference is the IP: on shared hosting your mail leaves through the same address as hundreds of sites, and the reputation belongs to everyone. Here it leaves from a server that only does email, on an IP we look after.
- What about running it on my own VPS?
- You can, and some customers do on a Truobox VPS. But maintaining the server, getting off blocklists when it happens, renewing certificates and taking backups is on you. Business email is, to a large extent, paying not to do any of that.
