Does WordPress come preinstalled?

Yes. Once payment clears we bring up your container with WordPress already installed, the database created and caching configured. There is no installer to run and nothing to set up by hand.

Does it include themes and plugins?

You get access to the official WordPress repository and can install whatever you want from your dashboard, like on any WordPress. We do not resell paid theme or plugin licences.

Is it compatible with WooCommerce?

Yes. Redis Object Cache is included and configured, which is what you notice most on a store with a large catalogue. From the WP 50k plan up you get four PHP processes in parallel, which is what keeps the cart from queueing during a spike.

Can I migrate my existing WordPress?

Yes, at no cost. Give us access to your current provider and we bring over files, database, plugins and themes. Your old site stays online meanwhile: you only change DNS once the new one has been tested.

What caching do you use, and do I have to configure it?

You do not have to configure anything. The container ships with full-page caching in the web server, Redis as Object Cache and OPcache with JIT, already tuned. You can add a caching plugin on top, but you do not need one.

Should I make my own backups?

We generate a daily copy, encrypt it, store it off your server and let you restore it from the panel. Checking that they work and testing the restore is your part, and it is worth keeping your own copy outside the platform too.

Can I host several WordPress sites on one plan?

Each plan is one site in its own container. If you need several, you take one plan per site: that way none of them starves because of what another is doing, and an infection on one does not reach the rest.

Which PHP version do you use?

From 8.1 to 8.5, and you pick it from the panel. The change is coordinated with support when it could affect your plugins.

Does the hosting include an SSL certificate?

Yes. We issue a Let's Encrypt certificate when you point the domain and it renews on its own. There is no expiry date to miss.

What happens if I go over the visit limit?

We do not take your site down. We keep serving it and the extra visits are billed separately, at 0.25 dollars per thousand. If the overage is constant it is worth changing plan, which is done without moving the site.

What do you do if my site gets hacked?

We clean it at no cost, within one business day: we review the files, restore the WordPress core, remove whatever is infected and rotate your passwords. After that it is on you to update plugins and themes; if the infection comes back because that was not done, the next cleanup is charged. Pirated plugins are outside the guarantee.

What server access do I get?

SFTP and SSH on your own port, a WP-CLI terminal and phpMyAdmin from the panel, cron job management, and PHP and web server logs.

What are your support hours?

Platform support runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Venezuela time. The infrastructure is monitored around the clock and, outside those hours, automatic recovery acts on its own when something goes down.
